Spend the day at Lake Powell. One of the major attractions is a boat tour out to the Rainbow Bridge, the tallest natural bridge in the world. Tours to Antelope Canyon – a slot canyon and one of the world’s most unusual geological formations – can also be arranged.
Day 9 | LAKE POWELL – MONUMENT VALLEY

Continue through the Navajo Indian Reservation. Cameron Trading Post just before the east entrance to the Grand Canyon is worth a stop to sample an authentic Navajo Taco and to shop its vast selection of Southwest souvenirs. Arrive early afternoon at the Grand Canyon where you spend two nights.
